I’m sure you know Netflix by its movie rental by mail service. Probably because it’s the best in its industry. However, Netflix, it seems, is now tackling the movie downloading industry… and it’s winning there also.

Not only can you watch movies on your PC or Mac, Netflix now offers a variety of devices that connect your TV to the Internet, allowing you to watch movies instantly, directly on your TV.

Netflix’s downloading service is very easy to use, especially if you have an Internet to DVD device. Just choose a movie from the Netflix database, put them in your instant queue and select them on your TV or PC to start watching instantly. No commercials or adds and you can fastforward, rewind and pause.

Netflix has a thorough FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section on their site, yet it’s not difficult to contact them by phone and every representive we’ve ever spoken to has been polite and helpful, even before signing up for the service.

2. Cinema on Demand

For having only been online since May of 2008, Cinema on Demand is an impressive service. With a huge amount of movies to find and download, Cinema on Demand is our second choice and is highly recommended.

One of the best features of Cinema on Demand is its ease of use. It’s very easy to find exactly what you want. You can also choose from your favorite TV shows and even music.

The only problem (though small) was its download time. While it wasn’t terribly slow, it wasn’t quite up to par and did not meet the standards we found in The Movie Downloads.

Overall, if you’re still looking for an affordable movie download site, Cinema on Demand is definitely a viable choice.

3. Movies Capital

Our third and final recommendation has all the features as the above selections with a little bit less than what we expect from a movie downloading site.

While Movies Capital is still a great choice for a movie downloading site, we found the downloading speed to be slightly lacking. Also, while the movie selection is vast, it just didn’t compare to the first two choices.

Still yet, Movies Capital is a great movie downloading site and will provide you with endless movie watching pleasure.
